Skort

 

For this project, I focused on the relationship that people have with their clothing and its function. My designs work with the “second skin” feeling and nature of the knit fabric. Focusing on how knit best complements movement of the body. 

 

This set is designed to be for any occasion that comes with a modern lifestyle. Meaning it could be dressed up but would also be comfortable enough to be worn traveling, as the skort (skirt/shorts) allows maximum comfort and movement. 

 

I also looked at multi-functionality to hopefully minimize the amount of clothing the wearer would need. This set is versatile as it can be worn together or separately.
